What advanced ET technology is DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) giving defense contractors access to? How much of this equipment is being reverse-engineered and covertly integrated into public use? Richard Doty, a retired counterintelligence agent, discusses secret operations of DARPA. Their main focus is to monitor and control defense contractors, with 60-70% of the technology and biologics under examination being of non-human origin. Doty reveals the contracts that DARPA oversees, including billions of dollars in reverse engineering with companies like Motorola, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon.
