Mister Rogers then sings Going to Marry Mom. At Brockett's Bakery, Chef Brockett is featuring a special, compliments of Jose Cisneros. In the kitchen, Jose shows Mister Rogers how he makes arroz con leche (rice with milk). Mister Rogers explains the difference between a "bear" and a "bearer" before he sings You Are Special.
